As a part of the cultural life of Varna, the "Tereza Zikovska" Gallery started its journey in 2011 in the oldest part of Varna - the Greek neighborhood, to continue it in the heart of the city, on the small but lively "Voden" street, carrying its authentic spirit.
Teresa has managed to translate her ideas of a welcoming home where the arts have arranged a meeting.
The space, officially opened in February 2018, is spread over 150 square metres of floor space, on two levels. The first, at street level, is a spacious and bright space with a minimalist design. The lower floor offers a more intimate setting with an eclectic interior, combining modern architectural and spatial solutions, with a part of the ancient city's fortress wall, a sacred place set apart as a chapel, bearing the color and spirit of ancient Odessa . The gallery is suitable for organizing various cultural events for a more chamber audience.
Theresa Zikovska Gallery functions as an exhibition hall, where contemporary Bulgarian and foreign visual artists working in various fields of art are presented. Concerts, dance and theatre performances, cinema screenings, literary events are organized in the gallery.
