Teresa Zikovska Gallery is one of the remarkable cultural centres of Varna. Located in the very centre of the city, the gallery has an original structure. The rooms are skillfully and with high artistic taste distributed on two levels. The legacy of the past in the form of part of the ancient fortress wall of the old town, the chapel as a place for concentration and absorption, coexist seamlessly with the most current trends and trends in contemporary art.
The specific profile of the gallery implies an emphasis on Varna's past and present, creating favourable conditions and a natural environment for creative encounters of young and old with the participation of various arts (poetry, music, cinema). Painting classes and special activities with children are held in the gallery.
Teresa Zikowska Gallery started its journey through time back in 2011, then the gallery was located in the Greek neighborhood near the Roman Baths and by the sea, the new space officially opened its doors in 2018. Thanks to a demanding selection and the desire to maintain a high professional level, it offers artists and works that are leading in our artistic life
The gallery is equipped with state-of-the-art sound, multimedia and appropriate lighting, enabling its spaces to welcome artistic events of all kinds.
